A word for you today, Prod Diag

“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

— Philippians 4:6-7
Reflection

Prod Diag, I see you carrying that weight of anxiety today, and I want you to know it's okay to name it. God isn't surprised by what you're feeling — He's already leaning in close, listening. The invitation here isn't to pray perfectly or to have all the right words, but simply to bring everything — the racing thoughts, the tight chest, the what-ifs — and lay them before Him like scattered pieces. His peace doesn't wait for you to fix yourself first. It meets you right here, in the middle of the mess, and it's bigger than any explanation your mind could offer.

Affirmation

Today, I can bring my anxious heart to God exactly as it is.

A gentle step

Close your eyes and take three slow breaths. With each exhale, whisper one thing you're anxious about, then say, 'I give this to You, God.'

Prod Diag, may you feel held today, even when your thoughts feel wild. May the peace that makes no sense settle over you like a warm blanket, reminding you that you are safe, you are seen, and you are so deeply loved.
