Privacy at Wholehearted Wellness

What we collect

We only collect what is needed to write your devotional and (if you ask us) send it to you: your first name, the season you're in, an optional written note, and — if you subscribe — your email address, delivery time, and time zone. We also store the devotionals we've written for you so you can revisit them in your Library.

What we don't collect

We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party trackers or advertising cookies. We do not intentionally collect personal information beyond what is needed to provide, personalize, deliver, and improve the devotional experience.

Gentle in-app analytics

To understand how the app is meeting women where they are, we log a small number of first-party events on our own servers — nothing shared with third parties. We record: an anonymous session identifier your browser generates, the event name (for example, that a devotional was opened or the Library was viewed), and a timestamp. If you've entered an email during onboarding we may associate events with that email so we can improve the experience for actual users. We do not track your location, device fingerprint, browsing outside this app, or anything you didn't share here. Analytics are kept for up to 24 months and can be deleted alongside your other data by emailing us.

Who we share it with

Two trusted services help us send your devotional:

• • Anthropic (Claude) — writes your devotional in the Wholehearted voice. We send only your first name, chosen season, and optional note.
• • Resend — delivers the email to your inbox when you ask us to.

We use these services only to provide the devotional experience and email delivery. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy and data-processing terms.

Your gentle controls

• • Unsubscribe anytime — every devotional email has a one-tap unsubscribe link.
• • Change your focus or time in Settings whenever your season shifts.
• • Delete your data — email hello@whwellness.org and we'll remove your record within 7 days.

Children

Wholehearted Wellness is written for adult women. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
